MY LIFE BEYOND PECKING ORDER ..<\/span><\/p>\n T.D’ARCY SUPREME SELF RESPECT AND BIO<\/span><\/p>\n This is a “Summa Cum Eagle Has Landed”\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Also a Long Term ” Noah… for the Ministry Harvest”<\/strong><\/span> We\u2019ve had someone lately who unfairly (<\/strong>meaning, someone who never cared to respectfully set up a face-to-face office appointment to speak in person and verify things). This same, same person said\u2014after scanning my many websites conveyed over email (how safe!)\u2014that I was a cunning, deceitful Christian fake.<\/p>\n He was livid when I said I had PhDs (<\/strong>which, by the way, was taken way out of context). Yet surely, he was a white male, evangelical Boys Club, word-cursing cessationist… who\u2019s never left his small-sized but growing Deep South Bible Belt town. A \u201cknee-jerk reactionary\u201d (say \u201ctypical\u201d).<\/p>\n However, I am merry<\/strong>\u2014I laughed! Another LOL\u2026 Let them think that.<\/p>\n Yet<\/strong>\u2014it reminded me to speak on these things and repost my hard-to-find BELIEFS<\/strong> (which are now on every site\u2014see beneath).<\/p>\n Do take note of MYSELF and IT\u2014and the grabbing for titles, degrees (over here, as a pastor, person, tribal movement founder\u2014not all white<\/strong>\u2014with an EORR Cross-Body Unity focus).<\/p>\n I regretfully must admit: I tend to favor non-title but anointed Bible-pure authority<\/strong>, with or without degrees (I am made that way). An \u201cold Jesus person,\u201d but NEW EORR (Equal Opportunity REAL Respect) and Cross-Body Unity. Multicultural, accepting, big-flavor Christian leader\u2014new movement.<\/strong><\/p>\n Yet, I find myself growing more respectful of the Ministry Office Titles<\/strong>\u2014the real deal: true Apostles, Pastors, Teachers, Prophets, and witnessing Evangelists.<\/p>\n So please bear with me\u2014it\u2019s a long<\/strong> message\u2014as I speak as one sent, a kind of Noah to \u201cmost of these\u201d listed below. Also known, with a bit of humor and truth, as someone with a PhD in Pretty Hard Days<\/strong> (and yes, sometimes \u201cPiled High and Deep\u201d)\u2014all of which I go into at length in the video.<\/p>\n In other words: bypass<\/strong> the negative nay-sayers, the gossiping \u201cseer-diviners,\u201d the biased faultfinders, and the anti-women cessationists.<\/p>\n Forget the usual stereotypes about Christian ministry, the hearsay, the dismissive voices\u2014and hear it directly, straight from TD\u2019s own respectful, non-country-law mouth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n For All Complainers:\u00a0<\/strong><\/a> Sincerely, NOTE:<\/strong> In this “basically full-disclosure autobiography,” there are names I have intentionally not mentioned\u2014to spare them. However, these same individuals were directly involved in both my 1996 ordination and the honorary PhD in Sacred Music I received. I could<\/em> name them now due to the ongoing need for truth and transparency\u2014but I choose not to.<\/p>\n Why? Because what happened next was betrayal, done without any effort to follow biblical guidelines<\/strong> such as Galatians 6:1 or Matthew 18:15\u201316. At the time, I was left completely alone<\/strong>, with no staff support<\/strong> and holding responsibility for a leased building<\/strong> that we had all agreed<\/strong> the top senior ministry would lease and support.<\/p>\n By people in Christian “Top Office Senior Authority,” I was:<\/p>\n Undermined<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Spoken against<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Betrayed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Devalued<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n They went behind my back and sabotaged me\u2014Judas-style<\/strong>\u2014to a trusted minister and the tiny staff we had. This completely thwarted the work of God<\/strong> in that regional area. I was left personally responsible<\/strong> for the remaining lease payments\u2014over $7,240<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I\u2019m not telling this story for sympathy. I tell it to explain the pattern, the dynamic\u2014because it’s not unique. It represents a common form of grassroots ministry betrayal<\/strong>, fueled by misunderstanding, jealousy, and religious pride. And it’s one of the reasons I eventually withdrew from those circles.<\/p>\n I still honor the Christian human person<\/em>. But I was aware I had been given more biblical understanding and spiritual maturity than some of the leadership I encountered. That\u2019s not arrogance\u2014it\u2019s discernment. I don\u2019t apologize for having walked in well-ordered, respectful, and non-hierarchical ministry<\/strong>\u2014with no obsession over titles, money, or the “pecking order.”<\/p>\n It\u2019s now time to move forward<\/strong>, but I also must clear my name<\/strong>, which was quietly tarnished for years by lies and passive slander. I also has made look like a phoney for I would reveal about the ordination in 1996, for I did want to hurt their reputation for I had, up until this INCIDENT trusted him, mainly him, as family.<\/p>\n I was involved in a broad Christian community,<\/strong> knowing many local and regional senior pastors and bishops from both suburban and urban ministry circles. I met my oversight for the UMPIRE 501c3 in this context, as well as the leaders I was ordained under. However, I was never ordained in a legalistic way. I loved and respected these leaders.<\/p>\n At the same time, I had MY BOARD board, ac<\/strong>countability partners, and mature female leaders in my life\u2014my mother, aunt, sister, and other pastors\u2019 wives\u2014whom I listened to for guidance. Many of these senior leaders also served as personal family friends, offering both board and personal accountability. Additionally, I was married and a mother of two children. I was particularly cautious about being \u201cordained\u201d due to my own immaturity at the time. I wasn\u2019t raised in Pentecostal or Charismatic traditions, nor under what I refer to as “covering” or “shepherding” (my term for Levitical Patriarchalism), which is where the big difficulty began.<\/p>\n I didn\u2019t place much importance on titles, but they were very popular in the area among \u201cspirit-filled\u201d ministries, and I spent the most time with them.<\/p>\n In retrospect, education<\/strong> and Christian tradition<\/strong>\u2014along with the culture<\/strong> at the time\u2014made this a significant issue. I didn\u2019t fully understand the ramifications of others’ views on “big titles,” and they didn\u2019t understand or respect my views.<\/p>\n Once again I had my own life, both in ministry and personally. We didn\u2019t fellowship often, but when we did, it was fine. I came from a long line of deeply educated Bible teachers\u2014both men and women, senior pastors with strong teaching and prophetic roots. There was no obsession with titles in my family or spiritual circles.<\/p>\n 1990s on\u2026<\/strong> “Being ORDAINED” had gotten big.<\/strong> And I wanted to be sure to be GOD-QUALIFIED<\/strong> to be in a bigger senior office ministry.<\/p>\n But in 2025 now<\/strong>, while I still respect it\u2014and \u201cback then,\u201d them\u2014I have forgotten all of that<\/strong>, and believe it is up to each person to decide. I do not need it.<\/strong><\/p>\n I identify as a Galatians 1:1\u20132, Acts 17:17<\/strong> minister, who is Ephesians 5:21<\/strong>\u2014\u201cmutually submitted to all,\u201d as the very first church was.<\/p>\n I am, however, practicing being accountable<\/strong> if the right GOD-SENT Christian husband<\/strong> comes along. This Deborah-office type<\/strong> will welcome a GOD-SENT Lapidoth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n But if one is not sent<\/strong>, then that\u2019s okay\u2014she is not looking.<\/p>\n (1 Timothy 6:6<\/strong> \u2014 \u201cGodliness with contentment is great gain.\u201d)<\/p>\n Even though I loved and respected the apostolic titl<\/strong>ed pastor and wife, my spirit balked at the formal, overemphasized worship of titles like Apostle, Pastor, Bishop, and so forth. Still, I honored their views and continued to do what I believed was right in my part of the region, which was about 40 minutes away from their ministry.<\/p>\n I saw the ordination as a quality blessin<\/strong>g. But I still understood the biblical principle of \u201csafety in a multitude of counselors\u201d and, at the time, (and I still believe this NOW) ..I believed in not placing all my trust in any one ministry. This principle became especially important to me after the scandals of Jim Bakker and Jimmy Swaggart in the late 1980s. This happened long before I met the couple who later became involved in the controversy.<\/p>\n When I sought the Lord about the fallen charismatic ministers, He gave me a warning verse from Micah 7:5<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \u201cDo not trust in a neighbor; do not put confidence in a friend; from her who lies in your bosom, guard your gates.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n This verse reminded me to place my trust only<\/strong> in God. To this day, I still follow this counsel, and I also now add Psalm 118:8-9<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \u201cIt is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n This pleasant person didn\u2019t think my wider accountability and spiritual freedom would be a problem. After all, I wasn\u2019t under the Law. Southern Baptists (my early background) don\u2019t practice top-down Levitical patriarchy or demand \u201cbowing and scraping.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/li>\n But it turned out that many<\/strong> of the others had not been raised in freedom\u2014they didn\u2019t know how to walk in shared authority or open communication. (or even proper Bible protocol AND ministry polite manners : MEANING Galatians 6:1 top leader confront one to one, face to face meekly IN PRIVATE) not backstabbing .<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/li>\n At the time, I had a new associate couple on staff\u2014deep, quality ministers<\/strong>. I took them with me one Sunday to a meeting with a “top pastor” I respected, wanting them to meet and hear him. That, in hindsight, was my big mistake<\/strong>.<\/p>\n During the service, that apostle said something from the pulpit that deeply disturbed me. He turned to his wife and said something like, \u201cI can\u2019t wait to get you to the bedroom\u201d<\/em>\u2014”FROM THE PULPIT in a sermon…meaning publicly, in front of the whole room.<\/p>\n As the senior leader of my team, I was shocked,embarrassed and deeply chagrinned..\u2014especially in front of the staff I had brought. It was their first time getting to know that church and HIM.<\/p>\n Later, after I back in my region, I wrote the pastor a calm, honest email, explaining that I had been upset by his comment.<\/p>\n Little did I know that his wife<\/strong> would read the email, become angry<\/strong>, and then\u2014without ever coming to me directly<\/strong>\u2014go behind my back and stir up the associate couple I had brought with me. That caused them to become angry and leave, without a word of confrontation<\/p>\n But I was attacked<\/strong>, savagely retaliated against<\/strong>, and faced satanic evil retaliation<\/strong>\u2014also bias<\/strong>\u2014because I was cautious. They had all emotionally bonded. There was no calm confrontation<\/strong>, no respect<\/strong>, and no love<\/strong>.<\/p>\n And due to what?<\/strong> Not because of me\u2014it was because of them<\/strong>. They lacked backbone<\/strong>, were sly<\/strong>, and had no understanding<\/strong> of proper Christian confrontation, relationship values, honor, fairness, ministry protocol, or office maturity.<\/p>\n Yet, that was back 2003 and I have never shared it until now. And I don’t carry grudges so I shall not give their Christian names.<\/p>\n Ponder: the worship of titles, which this always was, was due to ignorance, not knowing, but I DID KNOW yet I did not know how BIG IT WAS to both of them.<\/p>\n PS I truly trusted that sage couple. I never imagined they would go behind my back instead of coming to me directly. They had issues with me, clearly\u2014but instead of godly confrontation<\/strong>, they chose silent sabotage<\/strong>. Why?<\/p>\n Fear? Pride? Immaturity? I can\u2019t say. All I know is that I was never given the respect of direct communication as the ministry head. Instead, they went to my second in command<\/strong>, a couple of their own race, and stirred up conflict.<\/p>\n The rest was a heartbreaking case of the Absalom spirit<\/strong> and Judas betrayal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n So, chalk all of this up to: Titles are about the person, not the truth of Christ<\/strong>. It\u2019s the character<\/strong>, the love<\/strong>, and the value of the other person<\/strong> that truly matters. And I speak all of this due to the principal and about WHY I view TITLES warily.<\/p>\n ASIDE NOTE (2025):<\/strong> I researched the First Church Ephesians 5 fold office titles<\/strong>. Ephesians 5:21 was about First Church leaders<\/strong>, offices, elders, laypeople, and married couples. There were no big “I’s”<\/strong> and no big titles<\/strong>. They viewed these roles as functions<\/strong>\u2014servant leaders<\/strong>, with no Godly turf protecting<\/strong>. That\u2019s how I view it now.<\/em><\/p>\n NOW ABOUT THE HONOR PhD 2004 (Sacred Music)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n 2004 Sacred Music Honorary PhD<\/strong>: The other, “That Person”\u00a0 I soon realized that could not trust or respect…after I did the work he requested (An entire music college curriculum from natural, real music training but also from the Bible music,worship history training) And office He was in one state, I in\u00a0 another, however, we had spoken, and seen each other face to face…and then he later conferred the degree” …yet, once I got back home (for I went there to guest worship and to see his area) But when I went home…I never heard from back from the Presidential Him… other than his multiple …requests for money (he had the gall to\u00a0 request that I\u00a0 \u00a0help HIM found Richmond, VA “college branches” ( So life goes in the grace roots small time ministries) Assess\u00a0 (Big Dysfunctional and AWFUL…” However, God redeems everything for His Good…<\/strong>I got a full dose, hard reality check, personal life altering challenge (For the Naive EARNED A PhD in THAT\u00a0 very large “Learning Curse” for I had been reared an educated, sheltered more respectful Southern Baptist sr pastor’s daughter..and this WAS ALL Fame being Effected, Ministry Spirit Filled…<\/p>\n So I realize what REALLY GOES ON<\/strong> outside of the safe Squire type of Christian sr ministry in the mega media and celebrity circus.the perfect coiff, suits, dress down ,Big Titles, wearing collars.Protocol, chief non white pecking order,<\/p>\n BYI: .This\u00a0 Presidential “Christian man” still tries to contact this wise person every so often\u00a0 via Facebook. I ignore.<\/p>\n I say Adieu and objective (much happier now) “HA HA HA…PS .And while I had done the work, and he had offered me the degree, I never got it mailed to me even though I wrote to inquire about them sending it.<\/p>\n LOL …Hence I take every degree and\/or human person with a giant grain of salt. So, you legalists about things like this (usually closet self important\u00a0 I watch YOUR LIFE FRUIT. <\/strong><\/p>\n LAST BIG EXPLANATION<\/strong> PhD’S Pretty Hard Days\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n PhD’s Piled High and Deep<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n And HE himself wrote 2\/3 of the New Testament. based on Ephesian 1:17 (like YOU can and I HAVE AND DO)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Ephesians 1:17<\/strong> in the King James Version (KJV)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n “That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge OF HIM.”** Back in the late 1980s<\/strong> (my dad had died unexpectedly prior to that) and both my kid sister and dear mother had moved up to Tulsa OK for my sister to attend Oral Roberts University and my mother to attend Rhema Bible Training Center (Kenneth Hagin, Word of Faith) I was married and in ministry and with my first born baby..and would fly up there on occasion to visit and also check out first hand Kenneth Hagin, Sr, and faith movement,<\/strong>** Then we would fly back home to the very dark Richmond ,VA oppressive, region.<\/p>\n (I will tell you all about “many Christian preaches,<\/strong> ministers and Christian media, from various moves , affected this person, but I will be sure to have FAITH AUTO BIO<\/strong> due to the big controversy( which was back THEN but it is NOW..yet could see it coming due to the country uneducated who took it a ran wild with it)OF IT (more later as I stated)<\/p>\n TAVEAU, BESIDES YOUR BA IN COMPARATIVE RELIGION, DO. Many of these ministries claimed spiritual authority, often without much theological depth or education.<\/p>\n\n
