Another reason I am so enthusiastic about ChemiCloud is the live human assistance I experienced.<\/p>\n

I specifically searched for a hosting company where I could communicate with real people rather than become trapped in endless automated support systems.<\/p>\n

I would be leaving out an important part of this story if I did not explain why finding ChemiCloud meant so much to me.<\/p>\n

Before discovering this company, I endured serious problems with Network Solutions and a disappointing attempt to obtain help from InterServer.<\/p>\n

I name these companies because I believe consumers deserve to hear firsthand experiences before entrusting their websites, data, and years of work to a hosting provider.<\/p>\n

Network Solutions: Removed SiteLock Protection, 49 Unanswered Emails, and a D\u2212 BBB Rating<\/strong><\/p>\n

My hosting history included FatCow, Bluehost, iPage, and eventually Network Solutions.<\/p>\n

In 2026, nearly thirty of my websites went down. Network Solutions informed me that malware was responsible.<\/p>\n

On August 28, I discovered account records showing that my SiteLock malware protection was warranted through March 2029.<\/p>\n

Network Solutions had removed my SiteLock malware protection despite the coverage shown in my account records.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I retained screenshots documenting my discovery.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, I was being offered additional malware-related services that could cost more than $100 per website. With nearly thirty websites affected, the potential expense was enormous.<\/p>\n

I repeatedly requested an explanation.<\/p>\n

By September 3, 2026, I had submitted screenshots documenting the SiteLock protection associated with my account.<\/p>\n

After I presented that evidence, Network Solutions stopped communicating with me.<\/p>\n

I sent 49 emails. Not one received a reply. Not one.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I submitted the screenshots repeatedly, including approximately five separate attempts to bring that evidence directly to the company’s attention.<\/p>\n

Weeks passed without an acknowledgment, explanation, or answer.<\/p>\n

I have retained my correspondence and screenshots documenting what happened.<\/p>\n

To me, this was stonewalling.<\/p>\n

I subsequently filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. According to the BBB information I received, Network Solutions had a D\u2212 rating and 191 customer complaints<\/strong> before mine. My complaint would make 192 if included in the same count.<\/p>\n

I also learned that Network Solutions was not BBB-accredited.<\/p>\n

I intend to bring my experience and supporting documentation to the appropriate attorneys general in Florida, North Carolina, and South Carolina.<\/p>\n

I want other website owners to understand the importance of preserving their records and investigating the support history of any company responsible for their digital work.<\/p>\n

Forty-nine unanswered emails following the submission of documented evidence is not an experience I would wish on another customer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

InterServer: I Purchased Hosting, but the Help Did Not Materialize<\/strong><\/p>\n

While trying to recover my websites, I investigated InterServer as a possible replacement hosting provider.<\/p>\n

I contacted the company because I wanted genuine human assistance, and I actually purchased hosting.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, the experience became another disappointment.<\/p>\n

Communication through chat and email was slow, random, and inconsistent. I struggled to obtain dependable answers and meaningful progress.<\/p>\n

One male representative arranged an appointment with me for 10:00 a.m. on a particular day.<\/p>\n

Before changing hosting providers, ask specific questions about migration assistance, malware cleanup, storage capacity, additional fees, and access to knowledgeable human support.<\/p>\n

Do not assume that the existence of a support chat guarantees timely or effective assistance.<\/p>\n

And never underestimate the importance of dealing with people who will actually respond when something goes wrong.<\/p>\n
